Dream Dance Academy

Cassidy, who was born and raised in Jackson, SC began cheering at the young age of 3 and continued through high school. It was when she began cheering for the Jackson Mustang Recreational League that Cassidy realized her love and passion for the sport. During middle school, she began cheering for the Jackson Middle School Indians where she was captain of the squad. She then decided to challenge herself by becoming a competitive All-star Cheerleader. She joined the Aiken Cheer Extreme All-stars where she competed in numerous competitions including: Jamfest Cheer/ Dance Competition, and Cheersport Nationals. When Cassidy reached High School, she tried out for Silver Bluff High School's Cheerleading Squad and became Cheer Captain her 9th, 10th, and 12th grade years. She also received awards such as Best All Around and was one of only two girls from her school to be named an All American All-star Cheerleader. 

After graduating high school, Cassidy retired from cheerleading in order to focus on a college degree. Cassidy has been a part of DDA since we opened in June 2011. She remained a full time student while teaching 3-4 days a week. Cassidy recently graduated from the University of South Carolina Aiken where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing. She just married the love of her life and is now focusing on a nursing job. Cassidy plans to remain a part of the DDA family and help with future company numbers.
